Olive Tree

In the mountains of Palestine, the olive tree is a symbol of heritage, and sustenance, feeding communities for thousands of years. With over 355 villages across the West Bank actively engaged in olive cultivation, the tree is deeply rooted in both the culture and economy of Palestinian life.

Some olive trees in Palestine are more than 1,000 years old, standing as living monuments to a rich agricultural tradition passed through generations. These ancient trees are not only culturally significant but also provide organic, healthy olive oil that is free from chemical additives and rich in antioxidants and essential nutrients.
